Due to the City of Chicago COVID regulations, this year Jack's is re-imagined. We have a 100% winter walk filled with unique photo ops and a Christmas tree forest.

If you are looking for fun activities for younger kids (animals, mazes, bouncy houses) please visit one of the amazing Christmas farms in the suburbs, as they have different restrictions.

This year, Jack is geared towards people who love taking photos, music and looking to be outside on an amazing Chicago winter night!

Please Note: due to City of Chicago restrictions Alcohol, Axe Throwing & Ice Bumper Cars/Skating will not be available this year.

Are Bumper Cars and Ice Skating available this year?

This season, Jack's is geared towards people who love Christmas, taking photos, music and looking to be outside on an amazing Chicago winter night! Due to the City of Chicago COVID regulations, this year Jack's will NOT have our 12,000 sq ft Ice Skating Rink. This also means we will not have our Ice Bumper Cars. We are disappointed, too. But we know you’ll love this year’s experience anyway.

Where are you located?

We are located downtown Chicago on Goose Island. It’s a great view of the city skyline. Our address is 1267 W Le Moyne St. Chicago, IL. We are near the intersection of North Avenue and Elston just off the North Avenue Exit on 90/94. There is lots of free parking and we offer valet for $20 on select nights.

Are Food and Drinks Available?

We usually have food trucks and bars, but this season is a little different. Due to current safety mandates, we cannot serve alcohol or meals. Some ticket options include a single or Dozen Christmas Frosted Donut. Donuts are also available for purchase on site (while supplies last!)

When Does Jack’s Winter Pop-Up End?

What is your weather policy?

WE ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2020 SEASON.

Come rain, snow, or shine… We are open! Jacks is a 100% outdoor experience, and we will be here waiting for you to celebrate! If you would like to come a little later on the same day of your ticket, please text us at 312-850-8188 with your preferred time and we can push your arrival time back.

If you elect not to attend, your tickets and/or package(s) are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Remember life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain and make snow angels out of snow!

In the very off chance that we cancel due to dangerous weather conditions, we will reach out via email to all customers with a ticket that day to reschedule. We'll also update our recorded phone greeting at 312-850-8188.

Is Alcohol Available for Purchase?

We are bummed… due to Covid, we had to pause our alcohol service. However, if you want, you can book a room at our Frosty’s Christmas Hotel, where our signature cocktails are included with your stay. Do I need a ticket?

Yes of course! Once you purchase your selected package you will receive an email confirmation. Then when you arrive at Jack's, simply show us your confirmation (via phone or printed copy) and be ready to celebrate with us!

We encourage everyone to pre-purchase tickets online for their preferred date and time slot. This helps us better manage crowd sizes and flow for everyone’s safety. However, we do sell tickets at the door if space is available. We are cash-free, so please bring a credit care for purchases. We also accept apple and google pay!

How much do the Christmas trees cost?

Trees vary in price depending on their size. 3-4' trees start at $33 and taller trees, such as 6-7' trees, are typically $49. We offer taller trees as well! Check out the 4-person bundle that comes with a Christmas Tree! It’s a great way to take your family to Jack’s and pick out the perfect tree.

Why do you use pre-paid reservations instead of regular reservations?

We want to create a memorable environment for our guests! Pre-paid reservations allow us to anticipate who is coming in and to give guests an interactive experience at the best price possible.

How long can I stay?

This season, we have different capacity limits to ensure we have enough room for social distancing. Therefore, your ticket is good for an hour and a half from when you enter as long as it's within our operating hours. Late arrivals at the end of the night cannot stay past closing time.

Is Jack’s safe to visit during the Covid-19 pandemic?

WE ARE NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2020 SEASON.

We wouldn’t be open if we weren’t 100% sure we were following all the most up to date safety guidelines.

  • Our whole experience is outdoors so you have fresh open air to breath.
  • Capacity is limited to avoid crowds and allow for plenty of social distancing.
  • Masks are required for everyone. Feel free to remove them for those lovely photo ops, but please make sure you put them back on as you explore our winter wonderland.
  • PPE is available on site. Whether you need a mask or hand sanitizer, any of our staff are happy to help you out.
What should I wear?

Come decked out in your favorite Christmas/Holiday attire for capturing memories with larger than life figures and unforgettable Christmas/Winter backdrops and photo-ops! Ugly Sweaters & holiday costumes are also encouraged to celebrate the season. Please note Jack Frost Winter Village is 100% outdoor event so dress in layers and according to the weather.

May I take photos at Jack’s?

Yes, personal photography is permitted and absolutely encouraged.  Commercial photography must be pre-arranged and approved, simply text us at 312-850-8188 to get put in touch with our media contact.

I Bought Tickets but Didn’t Get A Confirmation

We’re happy to look up your information and resend your tickets. Sometimes it ends up in your spam folder or there is a type-o in one of the bits of information you sent. We’ll help to get it figured out. Please text us at 312-850-8188 and include:

How can I remove items from my cart?

Since individual items can’t be deleted from your cart when purchasing tickets, the best way to place the order is to click Cancel Reservation in the cart and start over. Due to high call volume, restarting your cart may be a quicker way to place your ticket order than completing the transaction over the phone. But if you have any questions about the items, please feel free to text us at: 312-850-8188. We have helpers available to text with you.

I think I was overcharged. What should I do?

Let us help you get this corrected. Please contact our reservation vendor, by visiting their website at ShowClix.com for any questions you might have. Since they issue the tickets, they are the ones who can resolve for you. You can also email then at Support@Showclix.com

Can I Cancel or Change My Tickets?

Tickets to Jack’s are non-refundable, but we want to help make sure you get to enjoy a visit with us. If you are still planning on attending the same day and just need to arrive a little earlier or a little later than you planned, no problem.

If you need to change the date of your ticket, please text us at: 312-850-8188 and include:

  1. First and Last Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Original Confirmation Number (or send a screenshot)
  4. Your NEW desired rescheduled date and/or time

For medical-related cancelations, you can message us at the number above and request special consideration for a refund. With your health and the health of others in mind, we’ll review it and get back to you.

I Forgot to add Something Before I Checked Out. How Can I Change my Order?

It happens.  We push the button, and our order is placed, but we made a mistake.  Please just contact the support email/phone/live chat on the ticketing platform  where you purchased your ticket.  They will be able to help you "edit" your purchase.

Can I give my reservation away or sell it?

Yes. The reservation is completely transferable. Please note, however, that selling reservations for greater than face value may be illegal in your area. Anyone who purchases a reservation from another patron should take care to ensure that they have a received a formal transfer of the reservation. Any reservations purchased on the secondary market are at the purchaser's risk. We cannot accept responsibility for forgeries or misrepresentations.

To request your tickets to be officially transferred to another name, please call or text us at 312-850-8188 and include:

  5. The name, email address, and mobile number of the person to whom you are transferring the tickets.
How will I receive my ticket/confirmation?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your purchase. Please check your spam/junk mailbox as your confirmation might have been sent there. You can either print out your confirmation or show us the confirmation on your phone.

Please be aware that you will have 7 minutes to complete the transaction once a reservation slot is selected. If you exceed the allotted time you will be signed out and the tickets will be released back into our system for other guests to purchase.

Do I Need to Purchase a Ticket for my Child?

Children 4 and under are free. Kiddos 5 and older need a ticket.

Our Group is More than 10 People. How Should we Purchase Tickets?

One person can purchase up to 10 individual tickets. If you are coming with a group slightly larger than 10 people, you can place two separate orders or have two people in the group place orders (just make sure you select the same time slot for both groups). Also, check out our bundles for multiple tickets and an extra goodie (such as a tree or winter treat).

Do you allow re-entry?

No, we do not allow re-entry at any time. Once you leave the event you are no longer able to re-enter for any reason.

Are Pets Allowed?

We love animals! Unfortunately, at this time, we can only allow certified service animals. At Jack’s, Service animals must be accompanied with official legal service papers, have a jacket identifying them as a service animal and must remain on a leash at all times while inside the patch.

Do you have a Lost and Found?

Items that are turned in at Jack’s are kept in our office on site. Please text us with the item you lost and our team will work to see if it was turned in. We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can. If you are still on site, simply stop by the office on site during any hours we are open and find a team member to help you search our lost and found box! We hope you find what you are looking for!

Can I smoke?

No. This is a non-smoking/non-vaping event.

Is Parking Available?

Yes! There is plenty of free street parking surrounding Jack's Winter Pop-Up, which is available on a first come first serve basis. This is Chicago, so protect yourself against theft… Don’t carry valuable items and if you leave them in the car, we recommend hiding them or storing them in the trunk. Valet Parking is available on select nights and starts at $20 and is operated by a third party company.
