  • DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

    Ready to jingle and mingle at Jack Frost Christmas Pop Up at 170 N Green Street in the heart of Fulton Market? 🎄 Parking's a bit like finding Santa's sleigh—tricky! We highly suggest Sleigh ridesharing for a hassle-free trip. If you're dashing through the snow in your car, scout for parking in nearby garlands of garages or festive street spots—no on-site parking at Santa's workshop! Cheers, Jack🎄🎅

  • CAN I BRING MY OWN DRINKS AND FOOD INTO JACK'S?

    No, unfortunately bringing food and drinks into an event is prohibited by the City of Chicago. A full bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks is available for purchase at Jack Frost from open to close!

  • MAY I TAKE PHOTOS AT JACK FROST?

    Yes, personal photography is permitted and absolutely encouraged.  Commercial photography must be pre-arranged and approved, Simply Text us. If you still have questions simply email Hello@WeLovePopUps.com

  • DO YOU ALLOW RE-ENTRY?

    No, we do not allow re-entry at any time. Once you leave the event you are no longer able to re-enter for any reason.

  • I PURCHASED INSURANCE FOR MY TICKET... NOW WHAT?

    As you know, reservations are non-refundable as you agreed when you purchased. However, we are happy to hear you purchased insurance from another vendor. Simply put, the Insurance you purchased is through a 3rd party vendor, not us! Please contact them directly and they will be able to help: Universe Tickets https://www.universe.com

  • HELP! I CAN'T FIND MY TICKETS FOR JACK FROST

    We understand how frustrating not receiving your tickets can be! First, did you check your email spam folder or ensure you used an active email/phone number to receive? Take a look and see if you can locate them. If not, no worries. When you arrive at Jack Frost, our expert check in team at the entrance can help locate your tickets. Simply, be prepared to present a Current valid government issued ID which matches the name/credit card you used to purchase them. It’s that easy. Now go grab your cohorts and get ready to have some unforgettable Fall fun with us!

  • HOW CAN I CHANGE MY TICKET DATE?

    Please note reservations are non-refundable and not changeable, as you agreed to when purchased. We hope to see you at your selected time and date.

  • DISCOUNTS?

    The prices online are the lowest we are able to offer this year. Due to Covid and increased unexpected costs, we apologize but there are no additional discounts available for any reason, regardless of group size. We have worked hard to keep access as low as we possibly can to make Jack Frost affordable for everyone. We hope to see you this year!

  • CAN I PURCHASE ADMISSION AND JUST ADD ACTIVITIES WHEN I ARRIVE?

    Activities are first come, first serve, and might be SOLD OUT if not pre-purchased. We do accept “walk ups” at the door if we are not SOLD OUT and you can pay when you arrive. Prices vary by date and time and are often higher at the door on the event date.


    We are 100% Cashless. We ONLY accept Credit Cards and Apple Pay. Please Note: you MUST present a valid government issued ID which matches your Credit Card/Apple Pay when you pay at the door for tickets.

  • WHY DO YOU HAVE TIMES ON TICKETS?

    Jack Frost sprinkles joy, and our timed entry creates a magical, hassle-free arrival, minimizing wait times. Step into our winter wonderland and stay as long as you like! Thrilled to celebrate the season with you at Jack Frost!

  • DO TICKETS SELL OUT? OR INCREASE IN PRICE?

    Jack Frost Pop Up is a limited pop-up experience! We encourage advance ticket purchase as soon as you confirm your party date time and size to capture the best value.


    Prices vary by the date, time, and package you select. The closer to the date, ticket prices usually increase, if they are available. We often sell out for prime dates.


    Events on our platform may have tickets that are “market-priced,” so ticket prices and fees may adjust over time based on demand. This is similar to how airline tickets and hotel rooms are sold. A service & processing fee is added to the price of each ticket. These fees vary by selected event date, time, and bundle.


    All Sales are final.

    Please careful select, review, and confirm your date and time when purchasing.

    Tickets are non-refundable, not changeable, and non-transferable after purchase.

  • ICE SKATING INFORMATION & FAQS

    Ice skating is an inherently dangerous and physically demanding athletic ability. Skating conditions may not always be perfect. Beware of soft spots, rough edges and water puddles. Always Skate according to prevailing weather conditions.


    During the ticket purchase process please verify the dates, time, and ticket type (with Skate Rental or Bring Your Own Skates) you are purchasing for accuracy. Once a ticket is purchased all refund policies are in effect.


    Jack Frost Ice Skating Rink is a 100% outdoor skating venue that is subjected to the elements of the Chicago Winter. Please understand that every attempt will be made to open the Ice-Skating rink.


    Please review the weather forecast prior to completing your ticket purchase. If you are uncertain about skating in Chicago weather, if tickets remain there may be an opportunity (if not sold-out) to purchase the day of, in person if tickets remain.


    Skate Aids – Available on site on a first come first served basis for an additional cost.

    No Refunds unless Jack Frost Ice Skate Rink is Closed by Leadership for the entirety of the Event– NO EXCEPTIONS.

     


    Jack Frost Ice Skate Rink will be closed:


    Periodic Ice Cut & Safety Breaks, lasting approximately 30-45 minutes, with the possibility of extending to ensure the safety of all participants.


    On-Site Leadership deems the skating surface unsafe due to inclement weather or other circumstances that compromise the surface.


    General Information


    • The weather is closely monitored to determine unsafe ice-skating conditions.
    • Skates are available in child’s size 1 through men’s size 14
    • Skate Aids are available to assist you skate for an additional cost. Available on a first come served basis. We recommend arriving at the beginning of your ticket time and proceeding to the Ice Skate rental counter to rent your skate aid.
    • No one is permitted on ice without skates.
    • Please use caution entering and exiting the ice.
    • No Strollers or carrying of children allowed. This is very dangerous for the child.
    • There is not a group discount offered at any time.
    • Read and abide by all rules & signs.
    • Follow announcements and obey the instructions of the skate guards.
    • Children under 16 must be always accompanied by an adult.
    • Cell phones, headphones, cameras, backpacks, and pocketbooks are not permitted on the ice.
    • Food and drinks are not permitted on the ice at any time.
    • Skating while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.
    • No sitting or climbing on the railings.
    • No more than two people may hold hands while skating.
    • Do not congregate at the railings or block the entrances/exits.
    • The center of the ice rink is to remain free of skaters to ensure safety flow
    • Spins, jumps, and backwards skating are not permitted.
    • Please report any injury immediately to a team member.
    • Skate respectfully.
    • No abusive, aggressive, abrasive, or disorderly conduct, which may include weaving, pushing, and power stopping.
    • If you are skating in any manner that endangers your fellow skaters, you may be warned and/or asked to leave the ice. Team members reserve the right to permanently ban aggressive skaters from The Rink.
