Yes, personal photography is permitted and absolutely encouraged. Commercial photography must be
pre-arranged and approved, simply email Hello@WeLovePopUps.com!

No, we do not allow re-entry at any time. Once you leave the event you are no longer able to re-enter
for any reason.

We are so thrilled you are selecting Jack’s Winter Pop Up to create such a special moment for you & your forever partner!

A few things to remember while planning your proposal:

  • Bring friends and family!
    • Everyone you invite must purchase a ticket. Your party can purchase General Admission or a bundle that is best suited for your group. You cannot enter the property without a ticket. Please keep in mind this also helps keep the surprise and makes everything appear “normal”.
  • Hire a professional photographer!
    • Hiring a professional photographer will help capture long lasting memories and allow you to discuss with them before hand, what you are looking for. The photographer you choose will have to have a ticket as well. Please keep in mind they could arrive, and best they do, prior to you.
  • Propose by the Christmas House!
    • If you are planning a nighttime proposal, there is no better lighting than by our infamous Christmas House. Before you enter, we will work with our team on freeing a space for you to drop down on one knee. If you are interested in proposing near another photo op, please keep in mind, not all photo ops are lit, and we want to ensure the best lighting to capture your big moment!
  • Props, signs, misc.
    • Please contact us prior if you are interested in bringing in any props, signs or extravagant displays to see if our space can accommodate. We will work hard to make sure that we can make your dream proposal come true!

Jack’s is 100% outdoors. We use a large volume of hay & straw to bring Jack’s to life! It is very
comparable to visiting an outdoor farm.
If you have a hay or straw allergy or think you might have one, we strongly suggest you consider our
immersive environment BEFORE purchasing your tickets.
Please remember, All sales are final. Reservations are non-refundable and not changeable, after
purchase.

Come decked out in your favorite holiday attire for capturing memories with larger-than-life figures and
unforgettable holiday backdrops and photo-ops!
Please note Jack's is 100% outdoor event so dress in layers and according to the weather. Also, we highly
encourage closed-toed shoes for everyone; due to the 100% outdoor environment, comfort & safety, as
well as they ARE REQUIRED to participate in Axe Throwing.

We offer a Full Bar from open to close with a wide selection of both Alcoholic (21+) and Non-Alcoholic
Drinks for you to purchase.
If Drink Ticket(s) are included in your package you may select your choice of Alcoholic (21+) and Non-
Alcoholic drinks from our Seasonal Holiday Drink Ticket Menu!

From irresistible Treats and seasonal Snacks to Holiday Festival favorites we have you covered! On select
weekend nights we have rotating food trucks to the mix!
Lastly, we are surrounded by numerous delicious food options and suggest you support a local Chicago
restaurant prior or after your visit with us!

As you know, reservations are non-refundable as you agreed when you purchase. However, we are
happy to hear you purchased insurance from another vendor. Simply put, the Insurance you purchased
is through a 3rd party vendor, not us! We cannot speak to what is and what is not covered in the terms
you accepted. Therefore, we urge you to contact the insurance vendor directly. If you cannot find the
information, we would suggest you reach out to Showclix.com customer support and ask to be put in
contact with the insurance team.

Age 4 and under: FREE Entry all the time with a paid Adult. No Ticket
required.

Age 5-17: Must have a Ticket. 12 and under must always be
accompanied by a caregiver.

While Jack’s is fun for all ages, after 7pm the festivities turn boozy, so we recommend families come out
during our earlier hours.
All ages are welcome to stay throughout the event, at parent discretion. After 7 pm, those under 18
must be accompanied by an adult.

Children 4 years and under get in for FREE.

Every guest 5 years and
over requires an individual ticket or package to enter.

How axe-citing! You must be at least 18+ to participate in Axe Throwing, you must be wearing closed-
toed shoes & throws cannot be shared between guests.

Come rain or shine… We are open! Jack’s Pop Up is a 100% outdoor experience, and we will be
here waiting for you to celebrate! If you elect not to attend, your tickets and/or package(s) are not
refundable.

Jacks is a one-of-a-kind immersive experience that requires all who want to enter the property, to have
a ticket. Although we understand it is just a tree, you’re after, we can’t be too careful of those naughty
elves trying to steal the many holiday treats’ Jacks has to offer! So why not come in and enjoy our Axe
Throwing, Boozy Holiday Drinks, Ice Skating Rink, Winter Carnival Games, and of course – our Evergreen
Forest!

We can’t wait for you to experience our infamous Bumper Cars this Season! Due to the extreme interest, we will only be offering them on a first-come, first-serve basis, as an additional add-on when you arrive at Jack’s. Simply, purchase when you arrive & check in at the box office! Grab your favorite Christmas Cohorts, your festive attire, and get ready to celebrate the Season!
